Constructed from top quality Lucite acrylic, the high gloss surface is both scratch and chemical resistant. Tranquility Heating System Another superb feature of this bath is that it comes with a powerful, pre-installed heating system which allows you to enjoy continuous hot water without drawing on your hot water tank. Set the temperature to 40oC with the digital keypad, lie back and luxuriate in your bath for as long as you want whilst the ultra-quiet heating system maintains the water at the right temperature. A safety timing turns off after 20 minutes unless you choose to reset it. Due to its high-efficiency pump, the Tranquility system is ultra-quiet. In fact, the system is so quiet that you cannot hear it working, hence its name “Tranquility”. Only flow of pleasantly warm water from the hot water outlet under the seat will indicate that the system is working as designed. When the system starts, you might notice some air bubbles and a very light swirl on the surface.
